Child Care Assistance Program
Program Information
The Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) helps working parents who have lower incomes pay for childcare. CCAP is for families with children under age 13, or under age 15 with special needs.
Eligibility
• Must be working, going to school, or searching for a job
• Children are citizens or meet immigration criteria AND aged 12 or younger, or 13 or 14 with special needs
• Meet income limits and have less than $1 Million in assets
Income Limits
Application Requirements
• Identification of applicant
• Proof of residency
• Proof of relationship of child to applicant (Birth Certificate, adoption record, or statement of legal guardianship)
• Proof of age of each child
• Employment and income information for all earners in the household as well as work or school schedule
